2025 Rates For Pediatric, Youth, and Young Adult Occupational Therapy

Initial Consultation

20 min — Free

A complimentary phone or video consultation to ensure our services are a good fit for your child's needs.

Assessment and Individual Therapy Session

60 min (45 min client services; 15 min administrative) — $160

Assessment: evaluation, goal setting, and personalized recommendations.

Therapy: Personalized sessions tailored to client's individual therapy goals.

Virtual Occupational Therapy Session

60 min (45 min client services; 15 min administrative) — $160

Secure online session therapy services from the comfort of your home.

Consultation & Collaboration (Formal Meetings)

60 min — $200

Meetings with other professionals, caregivers, and educational teams.

Progress & Summary Reports

Standard Report — $200

Brief progress and summary reports detailing therapy goals, interventions, and outcomes.

Comprehensive OT Reports and Assessments

Comprehensive Report — $600 -$1,600

If standardized assessments are required, we will discuss the specific assessment and associated costs with you in advance. We offer a number of comprehensive OT assessments, with costs ranging dependent on the complexity of the child's needs and the level of detail requested in assessment and reporting.

Insurance & Coverage

Occupational Therapy services may be covered by extended health insurance plans, Autism Funding BC, ICBC, and other funding agencies. Clients are encouraged to confirm coverage directly with their provider.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of 75% of the session rate.

Credit Card Policy

SuccessAbility requires all clients to have a valid credit card on file. If you are accessing services through an alternate funding source (e.g., Autism Funding Unit, At Home Program, or other third-party payers), we will prioritize billing those sources first. Your credit card will only be charged in circumstances where billing through these sources is not possible—such as in the case of late cancellations, missed appointments (no-shows), or other non-covered fees.

Funded Occupational Therapy Services

For services that are directly funded by our partner organizations (ICBC Recovery Network, Veterans Affairs Canada, BC Community Brain Injury Program, Autism Funding BC) please contact us directly to coordinate an intake.
