We offer a number of comprehensive OT assessments, with costs ranging dependent on the complexity of the child's needs and the level of detail requested in assessment and reporting.

Insurance & Coverage

Extended health insurance plans may cover Occupational Therapy services. Clients are encouraged to confirm coverage directly with their provider.

Funded Occupational Therapy Services

For services directly funded by our partner organizations, such as the ICBC Recovery Network, Community Brain Injury Program, Autism Funding Unit, At Home Program, and Veterans Affairs Canada, please contact us directly or work with the organization to coordinate an intake.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of 75% of the session rate.

Credit Card Policy

SuccessAbility requires all clients to have a valid credit card on file. If you are accessing services through an alternative funding source (e.g., MCFD Autism Funding Unit, At Home Program, ICBC Recovery Network, Veterans Affairs Canada, or other third-party payers), we will prioritize billing those sources first.

Your credit card will only be charged in circumstances where billing through these sources is not possible, such as in the case of late cancellations, missed appointments (no-shows), or other non-covered fees.
